How to contact Buttercup Miniatures

Office closures – May 2013

The main office will be closed on Monday 6th May 2013 and Monday 27th May 2013, as these are Public Holidays in the UK. Any orders placed via the web shop on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding the Public Holidays and on the Public Holidays will be processed and despatched as soon as possible when we reopen. Telephone calls will NOT be answered on these Public Holidays.

If you have a query regarding an order placed on the web shop during this time please e-mail us via the web shop. We will endeavour to answer your query as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). All other e-mail queries will be answered when the office reopens after the Public Holidays.

Please note that NOT ALL the Buttercup Miniatures patterns on Ravelry are for miniatures, Frances also has some non-miniature knitting and crochet patterns for sale exclusively through Ravelry.
All our patterns for miniatures have 1/12th scale, 1/24th scale or Teddy in the title. Any other patterns listed are for full size items.
Please make sure you purchase the correct scale pattern, as refunds cannot be made for instant downloads.
